I’ve stayed at this property multiple times because it is close to my son’s house. Staff is always friendly. I’d like to see some variety in the breakfast offerings. Same old stuff. My first morning on this stay I was going into the shower and discovered they had left NO CLEAN TOWELS. The linens on the bed were too thin and not very cozy for cold rainy weather.

I think after the last 3 years of traveling to Monroe, I have stayed at almost every hotel in Monroe. This is the nicest one. Very clean, everyone was very nice. Decently located. I didn’t eat breakfast but the coffee was good also. So that’s a plus!

Overall a good experience. Bathroom and towels were cleanish, but I found a hair here and there. Also there is something with the air quality. Maybe it's too dry or something, but it was uncomfortable. There is a trend in recent years to not allow any window openings in hotels. That's awful and causes sharp drop in air quality inside , but in this case it was a bit worse than in other hotels we visited.
