"“Hotel fees” are ridiculous for what resources you are provided. Staff were far from friendly but rather standoff-ish and unwelcoming. The room had an off smell as if someone previously smoked in the room. The shower was barely working. For the price I’m paying to stay here in addition to a ridiculous hotel resource fee of $17 per day that’s not stated anywhere on the website, I would NOT recommend this hotel to any one."

"The hotel itself was nice and very conveniently located in downtown Miami, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. However, there were a few aspects of the stay that were disappointing. First, the hotel staff consistently did not answer the phone, which made it extremely difficult to get assistance when needed. It’s unclear how guest requests are expected to be handled if communication is so limited. Second, there were no microwaves available in the rooms, which was inconvenient—especially for a stay of more than a day or when bringing back food. Lastly, the pool closing at 7:30 PM was surprisingly early, particularly for a Miami location where guests often expect to enjoy amenities later into the evening. Overall, while the location and property itself were solid, these factors impacted the overall experience and could be improved to better meet guest expectations."
