"The TVs did not work properly, nor did the air condition. I had three separate rooms in the course of an hour and a half. The TV was never working correctly and I just gave up. But the people were very nice."

"This hotel really needs renovation and better cleanliness for the price they charge. It’s hard to believe this is an InterContinental. The lobby furniture looks old, and if you look at the bar lamps, several light bulbs are burned out. I was also charged $32 for three bottles of water from the minibar. ..."

"Upon arrival from a very long, 4 Hour Drive, I arrived at midnight to a huge party going on in the lobby/ballroom with such loud music that I could hear it all the way in my room until 1 AM. The bed was hard as a rock as well. I will never return"

"The best part if the property was the beautiful plants and layout out the property. We also, enjoyed having tje restaurant amenities on the property and bar. We stayed 5 nights and we enjoyed everyone of them. The sounds of birds and no mosquitoes . The staff was very helpful. And they even had a casino on the property to try your luck. The room was so spacious and to have 2 sinks was a plus in book. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a bonus. Not to mention various food choices within walking distance. We will be back.!! Great choice if your visiting Costa Rica. Oh, and BTW I would recommend to include the daily breakfast if you stay here. It's a money saver and a great idea. Amazing breakfast items to choose from its buffet style. With omelet a station."
