"Francesca at the front desk helped us with both check-in and check-out, and she will always be remembered as a special part of my Venice experience. Since our room was ready when we arrived, we were able to check in early, which was such a nice bonus. The staff also provided us with helpful information about the area, a map showing public transportation, and details about the amenities the hotel offers. The room was small, but it was extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel also had a water station where we could refill our bottles, luggage storage, and a fantastic complimentary breakfast buffet that was fresh, clean, and had a great variety. I truly have no complaints! If you’re worried that the location might be a reason not to choose this hotel, please do me a favor and TRUST me. There is a water bus stop just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, and a 24-hour pass is around $25 per person, making it incredibly easy to get to the heart of Venice.
