I stay at this property a few times a year. It’s always consistent. Check in is usually very easily done. However, this time they usually put two bottles of water in because I’m a Hilton’s honor person there was no water in the room and of all days that I really needed it. It was this one? Also I wish they would check the plugs and the equipment like the blow dryer didn’t work in the bathroom. I had to bring it out and plug it into the light. It was a smidge, disappointing not bad, but a little inconvenient..
But everybody is always fabulous there the drivers of the shuttle are amazing. I can’t speak highly enough about the drivers on the shuttle.
