There was so much activity during the three days that we stayed at this hotel from some political gathering with heavy security, a costume party up in the Mezzanine area to dozens of handicapped people in all kinds of wheelchairs and 3-wheel chairs as well as some other more conventional gatherings. Very limited dining options for the large size of the hotel. My husband is handicapped and we stayed in a handicapped room which was fairly comfortable and served the purpose. The room did not have a comfortable chair but an appropriate chair was provided on request. This hotel is well located for access to the Boston public garden, Newbury Street and MTA.

Courteous staff but bad first night with noisy drunk neighbors. Breakfast was good and real coffee as opposed to Decal was indeed real strong coffee. In summary I am still puzzled with these Destination & Incidental Authorization fees.

Overall, the hotel itself was nice, very clean, and the staff was courteous. The reasons I give it an average rating is because the room didn't seem soundproof at all (we could clearly hear the horns from the street even though we were pretty far from it, the couple next door being intimate, and the dinging of the elevator like it was in our room), the bed and pillows were uncomfortable like they were on their last legs of any kind of padding, and the blinds didn't do much to keep out the light at night.

Room was clean staff amenities great but the noise in the hallways and in other rooms and from the outside were not pleasant listening. Sound proof your rooms better.

Cleaning lady was awesome. Everything was great except Monday morning a homeless person came in and pulled the fire alarm at 7:30 in the morning and woke everybody up
