My cabin is just a short drive to downtown Blue Ridge which has trains, Apple orchards, wineries, great food and shopping. The house is secluded with a deck that looks out over the layered Mountain View’s. If your looking for relaxation you’re at the right place with this spacious cabin with indoor hot tub with windows looking out to the Mountain View’s.

Long weekend getaway

We chose The Love Nest for our long weekend getaway. It had all the things we were looking for. A king size bed and a hot tub (indoors) were 2 of our wishes. We enjoyed a day of golf at Old Toccoa Farms which I highly recommend. The course is beautiful. We had an early supper at the club house that was delicious. We also enjoyed the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway ride. Even though it was misty and cool, it was a beautiful trip. (sit on the River side of the train for the best views). Back to the Love Nest, the only complaint we had was that the hot tub only had 1 speed, even though the signs on the wall stated it had 3 speeds. We contacted the owner and she responded to let us know that she was sorry, the hot tub only had 1 speed. The water barely moved, so we were personally disappointed with that. Overall, I would still recommend The Love Nest.
