"Great hotel for easy access to LAX. clean, friendly, and helpful staff. The room was comfortable. the only issue was the temperature on the AC. 73 was cold and 74 was hot. had to get up in the middle of the night to adjust. other than that. the room was great."

"Great place! I spent two different nights there. One night at the beginning of my trip to Japan and one night at the end of trip to Japan. Customer service was outstanding. I only wish I had a mini-fridge in the room. The reason being, I'm an insulin dependent diabetic and I need to keep the insulin in a cold place to maintain it's effectiveness."

"Great location, 10min walk to Universal theme park or Universal City walk or you can take their shuttle that runs every 15min. Rooms were nice and clean. Front desk is very responsive and even checks in on you through text. They have a restaurant and a late night bar, but we did not eat at either. "
