The hotel room was very nice and we had everything we needed in the room. The pool area is undersized for the amount of rooms they have. The whole time we stayed the pool was filled with kids screaming and yelling. The parking lot has trash in it including a used condom so that needs some attention. In the area this is the nicest hotel by a mile it’s a shame the clientele this area attracts has so little respect for the property and fellow guests. I’ll end on a positive note the breakfast is very nice and we left full each morning.

All was great until my check out date. I had requested a late check out the day before. I showed out 6 minutes late; all I wanted was a quick shower before I fly out. The attendant I had before me was kind and looking in to it. The person next to her jumped in to tell me that there was no late check out request; within 60 sec they did find the request. I felt that the second person had just called me a liar. I also feel that the second person was the general manager. I have had many great experiences with Holliday Inns up to this one. I would like contact info for for customer service for Holliday Inn.
