i went to see if early check in was possible even for added fee(my friend dint feel well) but they said no. then when i came back at 4 was told they are full. i asked to speak manager and got my room. next day we went out breakfast and returned noon. no clean towels and same sheets so i called and was told in hour or by 2 pm. So we left but came back after 6pm but no towels ,sheets, and no toilet paper. i called and was told they will send, but never came so we went out still nothing when we returned . my friend suggested we go visit old coworker and so we left and i bought tp. still nothing changed when i returned so i left day early

Woke up with bites on my leg stratching, took it to the front desk and they denied giving me full refund after proof that it was a bed bug and bed bug bites on me. Kept telling me wait for manger but didn’t bother to help solve the issue i was having, this is the worse hotel with poor customer service.
