I have stayed at several Comfort INN across the US and never been disappointed. The carpet in the room and the unclean smell from the carpet was unacceptable. I will now start recommending my friends to the Marriott INN.

Shower was not cleaned thoroughly, and there was a loose tile on the bathroom floor. “Breakfast” consisted of a Danish, fruit cup, and bottle of water in a paper bag. Ok for cost and booking out of necessity at the last minute, but I wouldn’t recommend a stay here.

The hotel it self was very nice, clean, accurate, but the staffing at the front desk was horrible and rude! We arrived early and stopped at the hotel just to see (we knew check in wasn’t till 4 but we were just stopping to check it out, get the kids out of the car, and ask to be out with fellow travelers) the lady at the front fest was talking and we walked in and she started yelling see you at 4 put her hands up in the air with the number 4 and just kept repeating it!!! When we came back at 4 she was just as nasty yelling at my kids saying people were complaining about them, they took back the luggage rack and she screamed that’s not where it goes, (we’ll then just say to them exacuse me can you put it here instead of yelling!) very rude customer service

The check-in was super easy and smooth and the staff were very friendly. Super disappointed with the bagged breakfast and not able to take warm food into the room as dining area was closed due to COVID. The shower / bathroom needs updating. Were were in a family suite and the small bedroom needed its own closet or at least a desk and chair. Plenty of room for that. Hotel should consider adding a separate bath for that small bedroom as well. That's where the parents sleep.

I like the beds, they were very comfortable, the staff was very nice and helpful when I had an issue. What I did not like was fighting bugs, both roaches and wasp in my room. I hate to say anything wrong about this place, but they need Improvement and not sure if I will stay again. If I do, I'm going to let some time go by so they can make improvements. I brought this to the manager's attention.
