This was the second time I have stayed here. The hotel is spotless and super clean. The only disappointment was the outdated bathtub. There was rust surrounding the drain, which is unusual for a Westin.

The food was way below average. Parking was difficult. The shuttle bus ran late when it was 25 degrees outside and you were left standing outside with your children. The shower was lukewarm at first and then quickly became cold.

We have stayed here multiple times ahead of flights out of Atlanta. Rooms are usually very nice. The last couple of stays, we got rooms that smelled like cigarettes and one that had a disassembled air intake. They switched our rooms but it was a pain at the end of the day.
