I didn't stay as they were sold out. the man at the front desk was very good canceled my reservation no fee at that time it was 3:00am my flight had been canceled due to poor weather in Atlanta the hotel is listed as closest to the airport in Travelocity app. this is misinformed actually over 2 1/2 miles from air tram there are side walks the entire length of the walk to hotel. it was a 2 star hotel I didn't see the rooms or anything but I've stayed at hotels like this in past list airport shuttle in fine print only to airport 6am to 9am

Booked for 4 nights. When we checked in they gave us a room that smells like a chimney. Went down to complain and they assigned us a new room. As it was late we took it and slept the night away. Woke up with a rhinitis attack and noticed everything is dusty - floor, tables and the aircon sounds like an engine! Then when we checked the bathroom floors we found long hair strands! Called the reception to request for a cleaner and they said it will come the following day - they don’t have room cleaners on duty! We decided to check out and Dee said we will be refunded 2 days out of our 4 days and will appear in my credit card in 2-3 days. It Is well past that now and no refund yet! Stay away from this branch! It will stress you out!

Hotel had construction going on in lobby. Room was not properly clean. Room door was partially opened at check in. Guy offered to sell me marijuanna in the hall. Not a good experience. Ended up leaving and not staying overnight

Absolutely disgusting and completely unsafe. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy — hair everywhere, on the bed, in the bathroom, and along the floors. It was very clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The air smelled stale and dirty, and everything felt grimy and neglected. The hotel was supposed to be smoke-free, yet the entire floor reeked of marijuana. It was overwhelming and made it impossible to feel comfortable. On top of that, there were people wandering the halls at all hours, making the place feel unsafe and sketchy. I didn’t feel secure leaving my room, and honestly, I didn’t feel safe sleeping there either. This place is unacceptable by any standard. Budget hotel or not, cleanliness and safety are basic expectations. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this property. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

This experience has been an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn't even subject a dog to the deplorable conditions of this establishment. I am still fighting tooth and nail to get my money back, which the hotel is outright refusing to refund, despite the fact that I never even stayed there. Both this hotel and Expedia are directly responsible for the immense anguish and distress I've endured since December 2024, and they will compensate me for it.

I was not informed they were remodeling the property. They don't have transportation from the airport and because of the demolition going on, there was no breakfast area. I feel I should've been warned above the noisy construction going on before my arrival!

Unhealthy environment with careless staff

The property was under construction which was not mentioned online so there was no breakfast offered. The television was stuck in the “on mode” with a blank screen. I called the front desk several times for help and no one was sent to fix this. My father and I had a sleepless night due to the light of the television shining in our faces the entire time. The fumes from the paint made my already immunocompromised father sicker.
