4/12/2026 around 11:30am, I arrived early and left my bags at the front desk so I could explore. When I finally checked in later, I was so touched to find that the staff had already moved my luggage up to my room. It was such a thoughtful, professional gesture that truly made me feel welcome.

The shuttle service is such a life saver! They provide transportation to the Airport, nearest mall and train station. There's a 24/7 Family Mart convenient store inside the hotel which is really awesome. There's also an ATM and currency exchange machine as well. The gym was ok, it had about 5 treadmills, ...
