!!! NO ELEVATOR !!! The room itself was spacious but the walls were not very soundproofed. Our neighbor was blasting their TV until the wee hours of the evening. The beds were very comfortable and the room was the cleanest of the three hotels we stayed at in Alaska. So a mixed review.

Starting with the shuttle. I waited 45 minutes on the sidewalk in the freezing cold. Entire place is filthy. Loud and noisy with people arguing right down at the front desk at 4am!! Phones in room don’t work if you have emergency. No elevator. I’m handicap and other traveler helped me with my luggage at the stairs.

Room was convenient, but lacked many items we are used to when we rent condos from our time share. The garbage disposal did not work, there were no towels of any kind, and there was very little silverware. Also, no pot holders, no cooking trays, and no glasses. Very poor kitchen for a full kitchen as advertised.

The room was fine. Staff seemed annoyed that I had booked my reservation through Expedia and that it was an inconvenience for them to select me a room. It was Christmas too and I don't think they were too happy about working, The on site restaurant was closed and they could not offer any dining suggestions. I would not choose to stay with them in the future.
