About the Location
This Disneyland condo is situated less than 10 minutes’ walk from the entrance to the Disneyland Resort, with the delightful shops and restaurants of Downtown Disney in between. Walk to the free Disney tram that drops you off at the Disneyland and California Adventure entrances. Also, the Downtown Disney Monorail Station offers convenient transportation directly into the Tomorrowland area of Disneyland Park bypassing long lines at the main gates.

About the Home: Completely remodeled and has been well maintained. Stocked with everything that will make your stay comfortable and easy, we have gone above and beyond, sparing no expense, to make your stay outstanding while offering the best value for your money.

The master bedroom suite features a California King size bed, walk in closet and a 50 inch LED Smart TV.

Amazing stay!

We rented this condo for our Disney vaca. It’s the perfect walking distance from the parks. In addition, the condo was stocked with everything we needed. I wish we wouldn’t have stopped at the grocery store for before arriving because the condo had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend.

Another great stay

This is the second time our family has stayed at this rental, and it was just as great this time as it was the first time. It's an easy walk over to the parks, but it feels tucked away. Our kids enjoy swimming in the extra large hot tub each evening after the parks. The beds are comfortable and it is stocked with everything we needed. We'll be back!

Sara is an amazing host, great condo, great location.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay for our family. It was a perfect location to access Disneyland. The beds were comfortable, it has a well stocked kitchen, and the kids loved having books and games to play with.

Ideal for Disney!

Make sure to read the emails Sara sends and study the property map, the home is tricky to find! Perfect location for Disney, literally across the street. Took us about 10-15min to get into downtown, take the monorail into the park from there, it drops you off behind the nemo ride. We did a 3day disney trip and left around 1p to have lunch/take a break - being across the street made this VERY easy (also saved $35/day on parking!) The home is spacious and accommodated us 4 perfectly with lots of room to spare. The W/D is a giant bonus! We decided as a fam that we can't do Disney any other way now LOL.

Disneyland get away

We choose to stay off Disney property this time since we were a mixed group of ages and the price point was more affordable. It did not disappoint. The host was more than accommodating and the town home was perfect. 12 min walk to the monorail and 8 min walk to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Magical Stay

This property is wonderfully located on the less busy side of Disney. It is very well stocked and comfortable. Sara is an attentive host who has thought of everything and was there to help us. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the magic :)

Creature Comforts - great location!

Sara's property is a lovely home away from home, it was a perfect end to our 3 week trip from OZ! The simple touches such as cling wrap and laundry liquid were much needed for our little family! The accesss to an extra storller was AMAZING! The distance to downtown disney was decent, 11-12 min stroll to security! The neighbourhood was okay, felt safe enough, I happily walked to and from disney after dark. The neighbours dog was quite a bother however, particularly during the night, barking alot. The rooms were great for 4&5 year olds. The rooms were comfy, however they were very bright, in need of some block out blinds! But overall a gorgeous little villa with all we needed for an extended stay!

They had a stroller!

We stayed here four nights so we could go to Disneyland. It’s walkable, which is what we wanted. My preschool age grandson came with us, but we had forgotten his stroller. The host had a couple for us to choose from thankfully! The host was communicative, the condo was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The kids’ bedroom had some books and videos in it which was a nice surprise.

Perfectly perfect location

This was my first time staying at a walking-distance location and this did not disappoint. The location is a 5 minute walk to the parking garage and made everything so easy. Sarah was a wonderful host and the property was clean and well equipped. The complex is renovating the outside but some let the look fool you. The property is so clean inside, every amenity is available and the rooms were great. We enjoyed our stay so much!

Perfect location!

This is a great place to stay for Disneyland! As close, if not closer, than all off-location hotels. We walked to Downtown Disney the first day and it took 10 minutes. The other days we took the tram. We were able to take a mid-day break on the days we wanted to stay late. The condo is cute and well appointed. We appreciated the hot cocoa to warm up after a chilly night. The playground and pools are right outside the front door. Pools aren’t heated (the only con), so we weren’t able to use them in January, but we used the hot tub a couple times. There is garage parking and a parking spot, both a short distance from the condo. The host has everything you’d need for young children. Our older kids enjoyed the dolls and board games. We recommend staying here!

Great Vacation!

House was perfect size! We unfortunately didn't get to experience all the amenities because our atay was so short, but everything was right outside our door if we could. Really appreciated the double stroller that was there! It saved our disney lives! Host was awesome!

Great stay close to Disney

We had a great stay with no issues what so ever. Condo was very clean with nice, clean, comfy furniture. The pool and jacuzzi were great in the afternoons when taking a break from the parks. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Kitchen was very nice and convenient for making meals instead of spending money at the parks. Highly recommend!

Great location!

Sarah’s property was great for our short family vacation to Disneyland. It was about a 15-20 min walk to the park. We appreciated all of the kids amenities in the condo. Our daughter loved the giant Minnie Mouse as well as the selection of various toys. There were strollers, a pack and play, baby monitor, changing pad etc. all very nice to have when traveling with a 2 year old. Overall we were happy with our stay and our communication with Sarah. We would definitely come back for our next Disneyland vacation.

Amazing location

This property did not disappoint. We traveled here for Vidcon for my teenager. He was able to walk to Vidcon each day while we went to other attractions. Disney is within walking distance, an easy walk. It was almost as close as the hotels and resorts. Everything was provided that we needed: towels, soap, shampoo, detergent. The pool was very convenient to our location, and my husband definitely enjoyed the hot tub after a long day at the parks and other attractions.
