Upon check in we were handed a paper bag marked with the amount of days we were staying. Inside the paper bag was our "complimentary breakfast". We were given 4 granola bars for each day and informed that juice and coffee were available in the morning after 7am. The walls are thin here, so if you have loud neighbors, you will hear it. No smart TVs and the Wifi is terrible. Apparently you can pay for upgraded Wifi. The pool area is decent, but there were several children playing in the hot tub when I was trying to relax after a long day at the Disney parks. Parking is an issue. Free parking for 1 car per room. however, it seems as though they don't have enough parking for all rooms as there are spots in the rear that you will have to be blocked in until the following day. Then after our first night, they put cones up for the front area parking with notes saying it would be unavailable starting the next day so they could park some buses there. The buses should have been parked in the blocked in area in the back.

Room was clean and it was super convenient to the Disneyland. I ready the reviews and this is more of breakfast snacks not a full breakfast or continental breakfast. But with the mini fridge and microwave it’s so easy to just get something to reheat.

This hotel is convenient to Disneyland. But it's in a very high-traffic area with limited sidewalk availability, so walking to the park wasn't an easy an option. Rooms were clean, but nothing exceptional. Older hotel. Website states that free breakfast is included. At checkin, they handed me a brown paper lunch bag with four granola bars in it.

I am not sure where they are getting top rated reviews. Fake reviews? If it wouldn't be for the staff who are friendly and helpful; I would've rated them zero stars. First of all, there's no free breakfast offered as claimed on Expedia. NOT EVEN CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. ALL THEY GIVE YOU IS A GRANOLA BAR PER PERSON. I said no thank you, you can keep your granola bars. The only reason I preferred to have breakfast offered at the hotel is convenience to avoid losing time and getting to Disneyland faster in the morning to avoid the crowds. Beds are so hard and pillows are super hard too. I couldn't sleep at all. Room is super noisy, you can hear literally everything. The room and bathroom were clean at least; although I got bit by something. I couldn't figure out what bit me. Location is convenient. You take bus 11 on Ball Drive ART bus station and bus drops you off right in front of Disneyland. My son and I are fans of either walking or taking public transportation everywhere we visit. Thanks to the employee who directed us to the bus station. Only plus is the free parking and hot tub which I enjoyed. But I won't ever be staying here again. Please consider other options for your visit to Disneyland.

The room was ok. It could use a new a/c unit. It was old and didn't work well. We had to have it on cool in order to get circulation inside the room. Also the lighting in the room was poor. It could be better.

Check in & staff were great! The rooms were clean but very old… the door literally had gaps to the outside, with light & traffic noise coming in all night!! Also, this location is the launching point for the fireworks at 9 pm, sounded like massive gunfire… we were not informed about this so we were very alarmed & caught off guard!!

The room was clean but the bathroom and shower especially needs to be updated the shower drained extremely slow, other than that the staff was kind and helpful and close enough to Disneyland to walk.
