Great hotel . Clean and friendly staff. Very close to the park to walk. Only disappointing part is the WiFi connection is terrible in building 1. Stressed out my daughter who is autistic and six years old and doesn’t know anything about WiFi. We stayed in building two last time and it was perfect. Very chill and quiet. Better WiFi and better parking options for the handicapped.

Overall. It was great. Close to Disney, great view of fire works. I will say that the future is on its last legs with a couple broken pieces in the room. Also the rooms are very, very, very bright during the day do to the arched windows which have no shade or curtains. Nap time for toddlers not an option on top floor, which has the best view for fireworks kind of a catch 22.

Family friendly, clean rooms,staff were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient for the Disneyland Parks. My only concern was that the aircon was rather noisy when sleeping but was solved with ear plugs

Had the best time staying at the hotel! Decorated for Halloween. The pool/water park was a big hit for our daughter. We loved it!
