Best Western Greenfield Inn
"This hotel is a great location if you are visiting the Ford Museum. The staff is friendly. We ended up in a room where the fridge was not working. We reported it to the front desk and they immediately sent a maintenance man who checked it and within minutes replaced it. The response time was very impressive and appreciated. The hot breakfast option is great. It has a variety of items. Definitely worth the $5 charge. On the flip side, although the hot tub was working only half the jets work, the water was slightly warmer than bath water, and there was so much chlorine that it made your eyes sting just to sit in it. The hot tub was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Sad. We stayed there for 3 nights, but our room was never serviced. When we asked one of the housekeepers, she said we were not on 'the list'. Not sure why that is, but if you don't provide housekeeping every day, you should let your customer know upfront. It would help to set the expectations."
