9/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)

"It was a nice hotel but definitely not a luxury hotel. Some of the staff was great (front desk, serving staff at restaurant) some not very helpful or friendly. No personal touches and even room service was lacking. The room itself was lovely and my group was very happy about the rooms. The food at ..."

9.4/10 Exceptional! (141 reviews)

"Our stay at The Monarch San Antonio during the Day of the Dead parade weekend was disappointing, especially for the price. Check-in was painfully slow, with only one employee working despite the busy weekend. Dining was concerning because there was no allergen menu. With a serious tree nut allergy, ..."

"We stayed at Wild Oak Ranch for four days in late October whilst visiting rour son at Trinity University about 25 mins away. It was a nice change from a standard hotel. The villa was excellent, very clean, well equipped and the washer & tumble dryer were useful. Nice spa bath and big bathroom. We used the pool, lazy river, gym and played pickle ball, all great and never too busy. We didn’t use the fire pits or bbqs, but seemed like a nice touch. Perhaps the only disappointing thing was the bar/restaurant. It would have been nice to have a more relaxing f&b offering, more in keeping with the lobby feel. It was great for a short stay and as it wasn’t the main focus of our vacation we really enjoyed our visit."
