"The staff at the front counter was not friendly or helpful except for the one on our last day. You had to ask to have your room cleaned, which we did, but the word wasn't passed on. We asked for towels and wash cloths to be brought up, but only got towels. We found the cart and got towels and washcloths off each day on our own. We emptied our trash. It was hot in the room and they brought a box fan up and said that's all they could do. The room was large and we had a balcony which we enjoyed. The lady behind the counter on the last day was friendly and gave us names of places to eat and go to, but we were leaving. The people working in valet were fast and friendly. The hotel is located in a spot that makes walking to different things easy."
