Very run down

We choose Holiday inn express all the time so we know what we will get. This was the worst we have seen very run down. The office chair was covered in some white substance (hopefully glue) the stay was ok seemed clean and no hair on the sheets.

Had to wait on front clerk who had put out a sign saying he was out and would be back in 10 min. I was given a room on the 2nd floor & then told the elevator was out & there were no more rooms on 1st floor even though I had booked the room the week before. The light in back parking lot was broken so no light for security. Will not stay again at any Holiday Inn Express.

We found this on Expedia and walked in to ask for a room because we were just stopping on a road trip for the night. They said they were out of rooms. We got on Expedia in the parking lot, booked a room, walked back in and got the key. The hot breakfast was not very good, and the pancake machine was broken. We booked this hotel because it had an indoor hot tub, but it was out of order and wasn’t even filled with water.

Okay stay.

Overall it fit our needs but I don’t think we’ll return in the future. The pull out sofa was broken. The cushions were stained and one cushion was torn. When we went to pull out the sofa bed, the spring fell off and we could not hook it back together because the entire piece that supports the mattress was already worn and it looked like it had been repaired multiple times. The entire hotel could use an update. I went to use the workout room which was crowded with equipment that did not work. There was no circulation in the room but I was able to use the recumbent bike. The staff were super friendly and kind. That was the best part.
