"Certainly what I expected. Surroundings challenged by presence of locally unhoused population. Yet property was in remarkably good shape. Tile floors in bathrooms, security clearance in place with locked entry doors throughout. Overnight stay was disturbed by someone pounding loudly at 4am one morning. Proximity was why we chose the property and reason why we were satisfied based upon what we paid compared to other luxury accommodations in the area. "

"I wish these reviews were honest so I wouldn’t have experienced this terrible place!!!!! The check in process took a while. It was all on the phone and they send you a door code, the code didn’t work. The first door you walk through the door was broken and the code was not needed so anyone could walk in. They send a maintenance man who took 30 mins to come get the door open. Then he was in the room an additional maybe 20 minutes attempting to fix the door, I finally told him to come the next day. We didn’t want to touch anything but it was so late we just went to sleep. At 6am there was someone banging at the door. My children were so scared, luckily they stopped after a few seconds and left. There was a lot of foot traffic and let me not forget the smell, it was terrible. If they invested in remodeling and new furniture it has potential but right now it’s a 0/10!!!"

"The only positive I have for my stay was the staff. They are friendly, helpful with good attitudes. My room- curtains were worn so bad you can see through them. I thought the floor felt gritty on my bare feet. I took a hand towel, wetted it and rubbed back and forth from the bathroom sink to entry door, approximately 15 feet, it was black with filth. I’m not sure they ever damp mop the floors? The bed wasn’t comfortable and bathroom and tub had hair from a previous guest. I had a crack in the ceiling above the tub/shower and it was wet and in need of repair. I didn’t complain and just went with it during my 4 night stay. I understand I wasn’t at a newer hotel but wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family. "

"The whole place could use a remodel. When we arrived the toilet was clogged and had to use a condom floating in it. I contacted the front desk and they said they would have somebody take care of it right away. We left for a couple of hours to go have supper and when we came back it was still there. The walls in the bathroom were filthy, and had what appeared to be a blood stain. The bathroom door could not be latched as it looked like someone had kicked the door open and when they repaired the frame, they padded over the hole where the latch would catch. The bed was comfortable for just one night, which was all we needed it for."
