I was pretty surprised at how clean, walkable and nice west Hartford was. Easy to find a spot for dinner nearby. The hotel and staff are great. It’s more expensive but this is a case of getting what I paid for. I have zero complaints about my stay

This hotel has no idea what hospitality is. Everyone looks at you like you have three heads. It’s co. Extend to an apt bldg btw. Breakfast was added on reservation but it’s not really a breakfast. Snack bar more like it. I’m Hilton honors as well. They did nothing for it.
