Third time staying there. Didn't check out laundry, all I want is a clean comfortable room and I've had that each time I've stayed there.

Emerald Queen Hotel and Casino - Tacoma
The room was very clean and well laid out. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Staff was not attentive and I had to wait each time I had a question. There was no free coffee available in the lobby. A bottle of Coke was $6. Could use some customer service improvement.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff friendly and inviting. I really like that they had an area for DoorDash food orders at the front. It was welcome and convenient.
