The safe was not working neither was the heating system. Required a couple of visits for each repair over two days. However, the site is clean, well located and food is great.

From the first of pulling everything was top notch! Valet parking, checking in (young man) AMAZING! Hot tub, heated pool, room service, and bar food! Plus was right across street for Globe Life!

The hotel was very clean, stylish, and relaxing, and the location was excellent. The customer service was great, and the check-in and check-out were done very quickly. The bar also provided excellent service. I went with my girlfriends, and we had a wonderful time.

Rooms were very spacious & clean! Hotel had room service for cleaning everyday in full. Very nice restaurant downstairs & the best rooftop views in Dallas for the downtown skyline. Great distance to many city attractions. Self parking is allowed & it’s free!
