This was a decent stay for my few days in Fort Worth on business. The only hiccup I ran into was the check out process. There was only one employee who was very overwhelmed and didn't let the long line know that check out was just dropping the key into the bowl on the front desk. Hopefully in the future, the hotel can adequately staff the front desk, especially at check out time on a weekend.

I usually stay here every time I come to Fort Worth. This time the employees were not as friendly, my room was not cleaned and my towels were not restocked. Kind of disappointed
