Our property faces a road where garbage trucks make stops, especially at night or early morning (typically on Wednesdays, but this may vary) and it's also situated across from The Piano Bar. Due to the historical nature, the building's windows may not fully insulate sound. For noise concerns, we offer white noise machines, fans, and earplugs upon request, ensuring a peaceful stay

Please note that our property features ventless dryers, which may have some limitations compared to traditional dryers. Rest assured, we've also provided additional clothes dryers on-site for your convenience during your stay. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.

The entire space is included in this rental with exception of one supply closet that is locked. Plenty of closet space and includes a luggage rack.
***You are in the heart of Downtown Fort Worth. It's an incredible location, but there will be some noise at nights especially on the weekends. This has not been an issue for most guests, but if you're a very light sleeper I want you to be aware before booking.

***Onsite parking is not included and all of the third party nearby parking lots/garages are paid between $20 to $50 per night (subject to changes). Closest one is 2 blocks away and there is a loading zone in front of the building. Metered street parking is free on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays to Fridays after 6 pm.
