The hallway smell like Hydro inside the restroom bathtub, and behind the door of the trim had spots of dry blood and they didn’t have no oatmeal or peanut butter

Worth it for medical stays
The stay was close to the hospital which was exactly what was needed. The room was adequate, nothing fancy but all the necessities were there and it was clean. There were only 2 real complaints I had for the entire stay and they were both relatively minor. First, on the 2nd day of a 3 day trip, ALL of our keycards quit working; and I do mean ALL of them. This was easily fixed but was annoying and took up time when we just wanted to rest after a long day at the hospital. The second was a little more inconvenient; one of our group is in a wheelchair so we requested a wheelchair accessible room. The room was accessible and had a wonderful roll in shower for them to use; however, the toilet was NOT an accessible toilet and was extremely low to the ground; making it difficult for them to transfer to and from. Overall, the value for the price was completely worth it and I would use again if needing to use that specific hospital again.

The photos look amazing but the property is very run down. You check in at one building and the rooms are in another building. It shares a corner with multiple other hotels that are run down. The room had holes in the walls. The parking lot was full of homeless and drug deals.

When we got to the 1st rm, there was hair in the floor, in the beds, and in the shower. The door closed and locked but was very loose and wiggle. Seemed very unsafe. The lamp was broken, and plugs did not work. Only one outlet plug that was available for use worked. The shower worked but had absolutely no water pressure. We went back to the front desk showed pics and were moved to another rm. The 2nd rm had a few hairs on the floor but seemed to b a bit cleaner and the plugs worked. Not even speaking on the rms, just the hotel itself. It’s in a sketchy neighborhood. There are ppl in the parking lot and around the door asking for $ or cigarettes. Others knocking on your car windows asking you to let them in the hotel to get warm. Very unsafe feeing. I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel to anyone
