"Coffee in the room is terrible. Could at least offer coffee in the lobby in the morning. Pillows and bed was extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. I'll probably stay somewhere else next time. Valet parking was efficient and friendly. Also our room smelled very strongly of weed."

"Finally found THE perfect hotel to stay at before I fly! It was quiet and comfortable. To top it off- it’s the chosen place for remote Southwest crew to stay at. That cinched the deal for me - the shuttle had 4 Southwest crew members. Simmone was friendly when she checked us in. I’m a new fan of BWI Aloft!"
