The room was really warm even with the air turned down to 65 and fan on high. The blankets were very noisy making a crinkling noise with every move and no fan in the bathroom.

Everything was great about this stay! Quick and easy process from start to finish and we all loved the open space of the stay. Only request would be to upgrade a little more comfortability with the pillows. It was tough to sleep because of the support of the pillows.

Landing at RED
I spent 5 times on the phone with Landing and was told my issue would be followed up with; on day 6/10 I finally got a resolution on my issues on being able to access the pool, hot tub, or gym; which were the biggest factors in booking this location. Instructions were vague and not detailed enough ...
