Barely seen any staff in the hotel, can’t bring any carry in alcohol even if staying in the hotel. Security will check coolers and make you take it back to your car. You’ll be stuck buying 6 dollar beers when you just want a night cap after losing on their tight machines.

Two elevators weren’t working the day we checked in the next morning no elevators were working had to vary our luggage down 5 floors. Elderly people were carrying their luggage down the stairs also with no help from anyone. No hot water to shower in the morning.

$4 for a cup of basic coffee at the front desk? $30 a night for parking and I still got a ticket from the city that had to be dealt with by manager. Ball of hair stuck to the “clean” towel in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and room was otherwise nice. Won’t stay again though.

Currently under construction, so it does get loud during the day, the renovations so far looks great! Can’t wait till they get done. Breakfast is always delicious. I just hope they put in pancakes or waffles to the menu one day. That’s the only thing missing.
