This hotel has 2 buildings. The Garden wing is a older building. The West wing is a newer building. Rooms in West wing very Nice and Clean

APA Hotel & Resort Ryogoku Eki Tower
Rooms were air conditioned of course but outside the room (on all guest room floors, I suppose) was not air conditioned. I felt cold while waiting for an elevator. Everything else was very good.

Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Honkan
I thought the property was in good shape and was very clean and walkable to the airport also it has a free airport shuttle. They have a feee breakfast that was just okay.
