"We arrived at 4:00 PM and were sent to a room rather than a suite that we had reserved. When I called downstairs we were given a Suite. When I made the reservation I had requested a room on a low floor near the elevator. We were given a room on the 4th floor (there are inly 5 floors) that was as far from the elevator as you could get. when I asked if there was a suite available on a lower floor I was told there would be is a couple hours. It was almost 5 at that point. We decided to stay in the forth floor room since it was next to an exit door, but it was really quite in convenient. Other than that everything was great."
