"The hotel was in disarray. The staff told me the hotel was just sold at auction and that I could not stay because water, power, and WiFi were actively being cut off. I received no help finding a replacement hotel and received no explanation of how they could t have emailed me that news before I arrived from out of town. I booked the hotel the same day I planned to stay and AFTER I left the hotel was still showing available room online and through the hotels.com app. Very frustrating experience that cost me 4.5 hours of lost time and money. That loss is valued at over 400 dollars"
