The only plus is this was a nice sized room. The nightshift front desk girl was rude when i asked for my key to be reactivated as if she had something better to do than be at work and do her job!! Asked for batteries for the remote that was a no not even a suggestion for a new one, guess i better buy batteries or figure it out. Smh Then after 3 days i wake up to a nice juicy BED BUG on my pillow😑 and when i told them it was like oh ok not that big of a deal. Well i was done a 7 day work stay turned in to 4 days. Oh they didnt charge me for my last night there i guess because i wasnt there but nor did they try to accommodate my inconvenience in any way. So ill suggest that you keep looking this Ramada is NOT where u want to be.

Our room had not been cleaned from the previous guests. We told the front desk and they gave us a new room. But we were supposed to have a queen bed and ended up with a full.

The pool is very warm, which was really nice. The small fitness area was also nice. The lock on our room door was extremely difficult to work though, requiring many attempts each time. We had a room with one queen bed and a sofa bed, and we had to call down to request the linens for the sofa bed and make it ourselves. The queen bed was comfortable, and it was separated from the sofa bed by a partial wall, which was nice, as it allowed for some privacy. The room was clean, but the common areas weren’t the greatest. I only ever saw the front desk staff member, and he wasn’t very friendly. Overall, a pretty good stay but could have been better.

The hot tub was not working, the pool area needed some attention as far as cleaning and updating. Otherwise, the stay was great!

We were very happy with our stay but was disappointed with breakfast service. We went to breakfast at 6:45 and the eggs, sausage and danishs were gone so my husband asked the front desk lady and she said the girl will be there in 15 min. We couldn’t wait because we had to be somewhere!!! We were very disappointed!!!!!!

Booked two rooms each with double queen bed. Did not receive either room. Had to take two rooms with one King bed?

Breakfast was good. Pool was ice cold. Hot tub wasn’t hot. Thought we were getting 2 queen beds. Got 1 queen bed and a sleeper sofa. Sofa mattress was stained. Had to go to front desk and ask for bedding. I thought housekeeping would be responsible for this apparently not. I was handed the bedding to make it myself. Faucet had sludge hanging from it. Would not recommend this hotel.
