Other than a broken deadbolt in the door and ants in the bathroom the room in itself was spacious and clean. The hotel in itself could use a lot of repairs and updates. The hot tub was covered by a sheet of plywood. The pool water was cloudy. Even if you wanted to hang in the pool room, which was not a comfortable atmosphere, there were no tables or chairs to lounge. The trash all the way around the exterior of the property was an eyesore as well.

Dog poop on floor in front of my door. Was told no staff there to clean it up right away. I checked in an hour still there. Found an orange cone in hallway and put it near. Also each time you have to stand at front desk to wait too long for a person. Phones don’t work in rooms so can’t call front desk. Remote control didn’t work.

We could gear yelling from other occupants. Kids running around late at night. Cops came twice to arrest out if control people. The breakfast was terrified. The room was dirty and smelled.

Our trip was nice and clean. Very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was Amazing and we think The only negative thing was are bathtub would not drain very much like non at all.

The property had an unpleasant smell upon arrival. Once checked in, the actual room wasn’t any better. The first room we were in was not cleaned properly, ants everywhere and the toilet seat looked so disgusting my 7 year old daughter refused to use it. We were then moved to a second room. We left to enjoy our day and when we returned to the room we found a bed bug crawling on top of the comforter. I can only imagine how many were under there. The pool area was just as bad. The photo used must be an old one after it was built. The whole room was rusted and overall disgusting. I will never stay here again and I recommend that no one does.

There was a lot of traffic in the hall ways, smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The pool area is very rough and not up to date. It definitely needs a make over.

Outdated property. Our room had candy on the floor and old toothpaste on the vanity. The sign outside of the hotel was run over and lying on the ground.

For the price, it was okay. Our toilet seat was broken. We had to get our own new towels and toilet paper from housekeeping because no one checked to see if we needed anything (we were there for four nights). The paths were not treated for ice or snow. The worst part, though, was the fact that people were smoking on our floor (that was non smoking) and our neighbor continuously slammed his door. He was asked to stop the first night but it happened the rest of the week we were there. The slams could be felt through the walls. Very disappointed being a Wyndham property, as we specifically chose the property because of the brand name.

Say No to this Place

-50 star hotel. Dirty scummy smells like Marijuana throughout it. No working elevator or soda machines. Doors broken paint flaking crooked floors tiny bathroom. Pictures on website must be 30+ yrs old. Check out day at 830 am had to do 2 trips to take our stuff out. Went back and key card wouldn't work. Had to go to front desk for new keys. Rooms are very dry. Had a bloody nose the entire trip. Beds are very hard and used. Pool looked disgusting fitness room machines were broke. I best get my money back from these freaks!!!
