Checked in to find the outdoor area (first photo on their web site) is closed for the season. Turned on the water in the bathroom sink and shower and it came out BLACK. Won’t stay here again. Ever.

Overall we had a wonderful stay - rooms were comfortable, kids enjoyed the pool, and the staff were top notch in all regards. The reason I deducted a star is because the bathroom doors in the room do not lock. Not only that, the are sliding doors that maintain a decent size gap between the door and the wall that allows you to see into the bathroom. Just off putting and was the only negative of an otherwise great stay.

The rooms were roomy, clean, and simple. We were given a choice of either a room facing the street Or a “quiet “ room. We chose the quiet not knowing how loud the street room was. It was quiet but it took away any view. One night was fine.

The staff, location and convenience was great. We stayed 5 days and each interaction with the staff was friendly. Buffet breakfast gave you many options and the drinks in yhe evening was nice. My complaint would be the water pressure was very low.
