My stay at this property was not good ! We waited to check in because they had issues with computer They don’t have water ! We have to buy it for 5$ a bottle !! Then they had some festival going on so the music and the loud noises was so load I called front desk at 11:45 pm he said he it’s a festival and he will call police at midnight ! The drums and music was going on until 3am in the morning !! I had to wake up at 6 am to drive 7 hours ! Why did I pay for a stupid hotel that I cannot sleep in ??? It’s really frustrating ! The location is good near restaurants and stuff but other than there’s nothing

The guests on our floor and especially upstairs were extremely loud and banging through the night. The bathroom-the ceiling above the shower had mold and water damage that had a hole in the ceiling. The light fixture in the bathroom was dirty with something on it. White fingerprints all over the door.

Very comfortable stay for our trip to Kent
Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs was accommodating and the food was good - had breakfast their twice. Room as clean and up-to-date.

Their welcome eclipsed the ordinary
We went to Kent to see the solar eclipse. The pleasant young woman at check-in greeted us with a goodie bag of themed treats, like Sun Chips and Eclipse gum, plus eclipse glasses. Our room was spacious and well-designed. The hotel is in a great location, just a few blocks from campus where we watched the eclipse. The surrounding area has several restaurants and fun little shops. The onsite restaurant, Nineteen 10, offers a good selection of food at reasonable prices. The portions are so large that we ended up sharing one main dish and one salad, and we still had left -overs.
