"We were welcomed to a screaming child upon arrival. Staff did honor my request to 2nd floor after asking. Our room had a terrible odor . Towels were stained, thin and only 2 of them. Shower curtain was either dirty or just stained again. Floors seemed decently new and clean . We onyed for less"
