Book a hotel near Whitwood Town Center, East Whittier

"We stayed for three nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The facilities were good and met our expectations. However, housekeeping did not clean the room on one of the days, which was a minor inconvenience. Aside from that, everything else was satisfactory. 🙂"

"Rooms were clean and spacious. The Staff is very friendly and courteous. There is a PEET’S coffee and a restaurant in the hotel. There is no free breakfast or parking. Breakfast is at the hotel restaurant or on your own. Parking is $13/night. We didn’t get to see the pool but there is one. Oh wait, the TV is super old so don’t expect any streaming services. Other than that, it was nice."

"There is no closet in this room and nowhere to hang anything, no phones on bedside tables or places to charge phones, very small bath towels, nowhere in the shower to put soap or shampoo/conditioner, no hair dryer, no lock besides the door handle lock. Nice vanity and shower, had been updated. bed was okay."

"I enjoyed the room. It has a fridge, microwave, and nice tv. It was very clean. It is cleaned daily which I appreciated. The hotel is very convenient and comfortable. The only issue I had was when I checked in. The front desk staff was rude. They did not know what the “third party” partners rules and regulations were. I contacted Hotels.com and it was figured out right away. On the second day which was a Wednesday staff came to the door shouting “Are you checking out or what?” I said, “I'm here until Saturday” that staff was the cleaning crew. I just didn’t understand how they didn’t know I wasn’t checking out. Luckily I was there so they wouldn’t toss my stuff. Other than the staff the room was exactly what I have been looking for. I will stay here again and definitely avoid staff. Room: comfortable bed, pillows are ok. Clean towels. Very clean and cleaned daily. Parking: lots of parking. Pool: very clean and accessible. Property: very clean. Room Amenities: fridge, phone, microwave, tv, keurig. all available Surroundings: excellent fast food/restaurants and shopping, close to hospitals."

"We booked here for my son's track race at Mt. SAC which isn't too far of a drive. The area is nice enough and I would describe it as a suburban area as there are houses/multi family housing nearby. It is also very Asian-centric with all the restaurants available nearby and that was nice. My issue is this hotel charged $16.00 per day for parking. Given the location, I don't feel that this was necessary. There was ample parking with hardly any cars in the lot so it's not like a lot of people are booking this hotel. Also, given the location, it's unnecessary, it is not located in downtown or an area where parking is a big commodity so besides just charging a guest for more money, it was not necessary and turned me off on my stay."
