The hotel was was easy to get to from where we had an event to go to (Hacienda Heights). Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, not very soundproof. Nice, crisp cotton bed sheets; the bed is high which may be an accessibility problem for disabled people. TV remote/interface a cranky. Setting room temperature was a little tricky; I don't think the thermostat actually did anything, it seems the heat pump/AC wall unit actually does the work. Sink drain was slow but TBH most hotels have this problem. I'd have to say the biggest problem was the parking lot. The spaces are sized for subcompact cars and I worried leaving my rental car there, after watching several people with large trucks and SUVs attempting to squeeze into the narrow spaces. We stayed from Thurs-Sat, and there was quite a bit of street noise, from people out and about and fire engines/ambulances. There's a Mexican grocery store open until 9:00 pm, just a shot walk away for snacks and drinks. Altogether a very good, if unremarkable (which can be a plus), short stay for me and my elderly mom.

Ice machine on my floor was not working. Overall lighting in my room was not bright enough for the evening/night. And there was only 2 bath towels in bathroom for 2 adults, not enough. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, lots of natural light during the day.
