Desk clerk was courteous, the room was somewhat clean. The toilet tank had splashes of a red substance on it and there was a forgotten cigarette butt left on the back of the head board (there weren'tany non-smoking rooms left). The parking is tight, Otherwise for a last minute place to stay, it wasn't too bad.

The room did not have a blanket on the bed . Upon entering the room it had a very strong order of bleach and pine sol. The smell was so strong our heads hurt and we had to have the door and a window open. We were grateful we were able to open a window

The staff were amazing!! However, there was hair on all three beds, in the shower, and the sink. Not the cleanest of rooms we’ve ever stayed in for sure.

Terrible Parking Situation, Suite was absolutely filthy, No toilet paper, Television does not work, many power outlets were out, water leaks onto the floor from the Shower and Jaquize, towels, and sheets are not washed. Very unique cultural smell, and hair everywhere.

It was cool got the king bed romantic suite…could’ve been cleaner. When I turned on the water for the jetted tub the faucet literally came off with the water pressure. Some of the lights didn’t work, the heater didn’t heat up the room at all. Overall okay experience.
