"This is a beautiful property and perfectly located. I want to give a special shout out to Harman for going the extra to make our stay more comfortable. Fortunately there were extra rooms that she was able to show me because the pre booked room contained a Murphy bed, which would not have worked well at all. I was actually very surprised that was being offered, as well as the teeny one person balcony, because neither seem conducive for a nice stay. I was able to upgrade to the one bedroom. I would normally rate with five stars but the nights were very uncomfortable due to the internal temperature controls. We had difficulty sleeping both nights because it seemed very hot and stuffy. Unless we just didn’t know how, it didn’t appear we had the ability to make the room any cooler. Other than the lack of personal temperature control and the possibility we could have ended up in that silly Murphy bed/teeny balcony suite, it would have been a five star rating. Once again thanks so much to Harman for improving what she did. "

"Our room was located right beside the construction area, and they were working even on weekends, so it was very noisy. I also informed the front desk that there was a trail of paper towels from the bathroom to the entrance of the Spaghetti Factory, but it was not cleaned when we pass by again. There was also spilled alcohol in the elevator, which I reported to the front desk, but it remained uncleaned even after a day. On a positive note, the location was convenient and easily accessible to the village."

"We stayed one night. Overall it was a nice expereince Couple of pointers. - when i unfolded the sofa bed, there were biscuits chunks in it, and it appeared the bedsheet wasnt changed. I have to push away the coffee table to make space for the sofa bed, and i found biscuit wrappers under the table. Well, i didbt bothered about it because i carry my own bedsheets everywhere. But when cleaning the room, please make sure sofa bed is also cleaned and bedsheet updated. "
