"This is the second time staying at this property. It's conveniently located near Beale Street and other downtown attractions. It's very pricey, however. Parking is expensive, drinks at the bar are expensive, and the ducks.... Yes, these are fun to watch once or twice, but it's extremely crowded and difficult to get a good spot to see this attraction. You should stay there at least once, but expect to pay additional fees on top of the Expedia charge."

"When we arrived the room type we reserved on Hotels.com was not available. The hotel staff blamed it on Hotels.com. When I went to the room it was absolutely disgusting. Not only was it just plan dirty and smelled bad, but it was in run down condition. It was so bad that we didn’t even stay. We left and were refused a refund from the hotel staff. I would absolutely recommend this place be taken off of available stays on Hotels.com."
