The entire stay from beginning to end was GREAT. The staff was exceptionally friendly, informative, and helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness and fragrant smell from the lobby to the room the most. The location was a plus I didn’t need to drive anywhere everything was in walking distance. I will never stay anywhere else in Memphis again, but the CANOPY!

It was very quiet and very comfortable and clean. We had actually mistakenly left our computer in the room and been gone for over an hour and a hotel graciously called us and told us that we’ve left our computer there which was super cool!
