The bed mattress seemed very old and hurt my back each day. Pillows seemed very old as well. The room was small and hard to move around with a king size bed. Office staff was friendly. The bathroom floor was slanted upwards and very tiny to move around in. Cable did not always work and the internet connection was not great. Room was not cleaned each day unless you requested it due to Covid I was told by office staff. Dirty doors to the bathroom and motel room. Room needs a fresh coat of paint.

The room was clean, but small and dated. The shower did not work in our room, so we were moved to another room. But the bathroom was in terrible condition. The pool was closed. No free breakfast, which is understandable, but no coffee pots in the rooms. The beds were uncomfortable, the combo heater & A/C was incredibly loud, and the thermostat did not work. The remote control for the tv only worked if you stood in front of the tv. Overall a terrible place to stay and we will not go back.

What I LIKED WAS WHEN I GOT OUT OF YOUR HOTEL< What I DIDNT LIKE Room smelled like bug spray, front desk, person checking in and out were Terrible, Didn't even stand to greet you, The Breakfast was terrible, I will NEVER STAY there and I will make sure no one I knows stay there. Just A Horrible Place I have stayed at a few Econ Lodges, and they were great, NOT YOUR HOTEL>

It was clean but a little bit aged, The Room had a refrigerator in microwave and a small TV on the wall.. Over all not badd to the money certainly not the most modern motel

Counter clerk at check-in was totally disinterested. Clerk was completely confused by my online room purchase - even with the Travelocity receipt in hand. This clecrk said nothing even remotely pleasant and took 15 minutes to generate a check in with an empty lobby at 9 p.m. When I called for the wifi password she said it was written on the key sleeve by hand - it wasn't. When I called at 6 a.m. for breakfast hours (no info in the room - and none given at check in) there was no answer at the desk - twice. Overall this would have been a good experience had it not been for the terrible service I received from this employee..

Stay somewhere else

We were moving to the area and needed a hotel until the movers brought our stuff. We were traveling with our dogs, so a pet friendly hotel was a must. We requested and paid for a non-smoking room for 2 nights. Upon arrival, the clerk was very nice at the front desk. As soon as we walked into the room, we were practically knocked over by the smell of cigarette smoke. I called the front desk and said that we paid for a non-smoking room, the clerk said it was the only pet friendly room they had available and that it was a non-smoking room. He said he would talk to the manager. A few minutes later he showed up at our door with a can of air fresher and apologized, he even popped his head in and said it did smell like smoke. I said we would deal with it for one night, but would not be staying for the second night, he advised us to call travelocity to see about a refund. The first person I spoke with at travelocity called the hotel and the manager said they would cancel the second night after we paid our outstanding pet fee. When I went to the desk to pay, the manager lady was very rude, insisting that it's a non smoking room and that the smell was probably pet smell. When she asked the reason for us cancelling I said it smelled like an ash tray. After paying the pet fee I told her she could come to our room and smell it herself. Travelocity was great and refunded the second night and gave me a coupon towards another booking.
