great location but a lot of traffic around also, did not appreciate the SLIDING Door for the bathroom in the room, better to have privacy door, and could add some non-skid floor in the bathtub Overall, nice hotel and friendly helpful staff! and central and close enough for driving to best Cape Cod sights and great seafood restaurants!

The grab n go breakfast was fine for these covid times; rooms were clean and looked to be updated recently. Bed was very comfortable. The walls seemed thin--heard neighbor in next room snoring the first night (I'm sure he heard me as well). The 2nd night a young couple was next door-could hear regular talking etc. I was surprised that being off season and during covid, those vacationing should have been spread out instead of next door to each other.

We only have 12 king rooms on property and they are all adjoining rooms. So you do hear more noise than a standard Queen room. Next time you come try our queen rooms which are more private. Received an HP room which I did not request. Roll-in shower causes water to get all over the floor. When I told them I did not book an accessible room, they told me Expedia did??? I’m highly update. Wet bathroom floors turn my stomach
