Thank you for completing the survey regarding your recent stay at our property. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations with regards to hearing your next door neighbor. We only have 12 king rooms on property and they are all adjoining rooms. So you do hear more noise than a standard Queen room. Next time you come try our queen rooms which are more private. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future. Aiden by Best Western @ Cape Point offers its guests an indoor pool, a 24-hour fitness center, and a seasonal outdoor pool. There's a restaurant on site, as well as a coffee shop/café. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include a poolside bar and a bar/lounge. Free breakfast is served daily. Public spaces have free WiFi. Event space at this hotel measures 1000 square feet (93 square meters) and includes conference space. Multilingual staff, gift shops/newsstands, and a picnic area are also featured at the business-friendly Aiden by Best Western @ Cape Point. Free self parking is available. A complete renovation of Aiden by Best Western @ Cape Point was completed in July 2019. This 3-star West Yarmouth hotel is smoke free.
