It was easy to find the location to have the airport shuttle and it is punctual. The gym is impressive with good equipment and it occupies the entire space of the top floor, looking over the marina.

Not a good hotel overall. The rooms are smelly, and it lacks many amenities expected from a 4-star property. There was no assistance with luggage, no bellman, and the airport shuttle is not available 24 hours as advertised.

We woke up at midnight to the strongest scent of cigarette smoke in our room. It appeared to be worse in the bathroom. So I’m unsure of the hotel’s ventilation system but someone in the hotel was smoking which is a non smoking property. My husband has severe asthma, I called down at 3am to let staff know as I was so tired at midnight and hoped it was something that might pass. At 3am, I asked them to please come and check it out, they did not. I wanted a refund as my husbands lungs were super tight and he needed to use his puffer more that day because of it. The hotel staff said a 10% discount was the most they could offer and essentially gaslit me. They said it’s not as if they were smoking in your room as if to say it wasn’t their fault. Regardless, it’s unacceptable and when it involves health, it’s not a joking matter. Expedia tried reaching out to fight on my behalf as we left to Mexico that morning. After many failed attempts of getting a response, the hotel wouldn’t approve a refund! Quite frankly disappointing. I will never stay at this property again and I’ll make sure I leave this review on all travel platforms. I would not recommend this hotel as staff and management don’t care about peoples health or wellbeing. Truly gross.

The front staff were so nice. The shuttle to and from the airport is awesome. The chicken ceasar salad from the restaurant was amazing. The room is clean and comfy, with a lovely view. I’ll be back in the near future!

This is the first time I stayed in a Radisson hotel and I really impressed with the cleanliness and neatness of the room including the bathroom. The front desk employees are also polite, courteous and friendly. I definitely coming back here again and also recommend to our family and friends.
