HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - due to circumstances beyond my control I wasn't able to use the room and the hotel told me that I had to go through Travelocity and refund was up to them. Travelocity said it's up to the hotel and that the hotel is refusing to help me out. I will never stay at a Radisson again.

The hotel is great at 4 stars “service, cleanliness “ but with a flow, its a renovated old building. Everything is good and new EXCEPT for the windows which leak cold air during the winter. The fire alarm at one time blew off because of some kitchen issue!

Criminal. Booked for pool on Expedia website. Closed 2 years ago and they changed ad yesterday which had Outdoor pool as first amenity. Still find pool on Expedia website ad. Front desk staff and manager blew off my distress. Waitress, 3 of them, said we could order anything under $35 off menu for breakfast. Looking like that was untrue too. Waiting to see if charges coming off my credit card. Maid in room tried to make up for our distress, only bright light. Signs by elevator say food available to order until 11 pm. Nope.
