Front desk was often empty. The roof was leaking in many areas of the gym and there were puddles of water on the floor throughout. The location was inconvenient to get to public transit. When I checked it, the amenities were not shared with me, so I had to find someone to ask questions.

Its a nice hotel and I could even stream my phone apps onto the tv, only downside is you need to pay $25 a day for parking. Every other hotel all around the world I've been to, parking was free this is a first.

We picked this place to be close to the airport which worked pretty well for that purpose. They also provide free shuttle service to the airport which is convenient. There were a few things that we didnt like though. House keeping was sloppy to say the least. We found several items from the previous guests all over the place in our room! We had to ask and remind them about toiletries all the time which was frustrating. The messaging system was useless and we had to go down to the lobby if we needed something.

This hotel is convenient. It provides a free shuttle. It’s clean!! Our room was cute. It had a microwave a fridge and an ironing board. Only problem it’s far away from the city, but me and my significant other used the skytrain. Only a four minute Taxi drive. Don’t make the same mistake I did by taking a taxi downtown cost me $40 .. when the skytrain and bus was 3.35$ Vancouver Transportation is great!!

This property has been beautifully renovated—everything feels brand new. My room had a stunning view overlooking the marina, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is incredibly convenient, taking me less than five minutes to drive to the airport for my 7:30 AM flight. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and professional. A great experience overall!
