"The resort was exactly what we hoped it would be- small but nice. Staff were absolutely amazing- extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed in a beach front villa and would definitely go back. Only negatives- expect to lose power periodically and plan ahead for dinner because they take the reservation system very serious. Don't miss the bandearas at the breakfast buffet- they're the best!!"

"I had booked a room 43 of us.So the room consisted of a double bed and a pull out couch. Upon pulling out the couch, there was no bedding supplied for it. I found room service and of course no one bothered to get back to me,So my guest had to sleep with towels instead of sheets for the night and upon speaking with the manager, he said, I should have told them when we checked in that.I had needed bedding. Like, how was I supposed to know?That was something I was supposed to do. I assumed it would have been ready for when we were going to sleep.But I was sorely mistaken. And all he could do was say, I'm sorry he did not go out of his way for anything else. I'm very upset at how he treated this whole thing because you pay a lot of money to stay there and then this happens. was iron in assuming that the bedding should have already been in the room since they knew there were three of us?"

"It was good overall. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars because there were just a couple of things that I didn’t like, but I would still recommend this hotel to others. One issue was that the toilet was a little dirty, and I saw a baby cockroach in the room. Also, from the very first moment we arrived, most of the staff were very nice, friendly, and attentive. However, when I went to ask for an iron because there wasn’t one in the room, the lady at the front desk was not rude, but she had a poor attitude and did not provide good customer service. That said, I would not give the hotel a bad review because of one person. Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The food was delicious, and we were very happy with our experience. We really enjoyed the entertainment, the atmosphere, and the location, aside from those two issues."
