This hotel had been on my list of vacation destinations for quite a while now. I’m happy to say that once we arrived, it did not disappoint. The pictures online truly don’t do it justice. The property is beautifully appointed and the views from the rooms are stunning. From the time we arrived to the time we left, every experience was A1. We sincerely enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and their eagerness to address any of our needs. I 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true vacation experience.

The customer service was superior and the experiences I had at the hotel were unforgettable. The location was convenient, a beautiful front beach and the amenities were top-notch. Highly recommended!

We just returned from five nights at this amazing resort and have nothing but good things to say! The property itself was gorgeous. The winding paths through the tropical foliage, the beach at the end of the strip with outstanding snorkeling, the large pools and layered decks with lots of places to lounge, the beach bar .... We absolutely loved it! The staff was great and the food was delicious. Our room (a Bungalow) was large and comfortable (yet up a very steep hill, so make sure you check if you have any issues with mobility). The beach was walkable and had many other hotels and restaurants to visit, although the vendors were a bit much. The highlight of the trip was scuba diving with West End Divers! We experienced a number of amazing creatures! We lucked out with the weather (sunny and mid-80s every day and it only rained at night). And we were there in mid-September which is the beginning of Low Season which meant that we practically had the resort or ourselves. We also happened to be there over a time where no cruise ships came through. One staff member told us that it's crazy during High Season when the cruises come in...so choose your timing wisely based on the vibe you like! Overall it was a fantastic experience!
